If you've already enabled cookies, but you're still receiving an error message indicating that your browser's cookies are turned off, try
opening a new browser window. The use of tabs in a single browser instance can sometimes cause your cookie settings to persist even
after changing the browser's settings.

Still receiving the cookies disabled error message? If so, you may need to clear your browser's cache and delete all saved browser cookies.
Google has an excellent page about clearing cache and deleting browser cookies.
