I love this program! I wasted 30 plus hours with Windows Movie Maker only to find my project 'could not burn to DVD'. That was just one of many vague errors that you get rewarded with after hours of working with that program. Also, my computer crashed fifty times using that piece of garbage. I would have thrown my computer in the trash if I did not have to get my project done. After searching the web, I downloaded the free trial for MAGIX PHOTOSTORY 9 and I have not looked back. I have not had one crash or error since using this program and I have just finished my 500 picture, 12 song slideshow. Please do yourself a favor and watch the demo included with the software. It will save you HOURS of time and show you a lot of shortcuts. The free trial will NOT let you burn a DVD so you will have to buy it to get that function. I went to their website, used the $15 coupon and downloaded the software for $34. Worth every dollar!

I reviewed the product carefully before purchasing. Everything seemed great until I created a 340 picture slideshow and couldn't burn it on DVD like they claimed I could. I tried calling tech support and they wanted $14.99 to talk to a human being. After emailing tech support for free and not getting anywhere I paid the $14.99 got a "phone voucher" to enter into their automated phone system and it DIDN'T WORK! So I'm out $14.99 and there is no one to speak to about my tech question. Even though their website says they have tech support, they don't! I called customer service and they were rude and said it wasn't their problem. My suggestion...don't buy from MAGIX!

Photostory worked as advertised. I have made Slideshows on other programs in the past but this was the easiest to use and the most professional results.
